Established in 2010 as a dedicated adhesive tape production base, CNTAPES operates multiple coating and converting lines covering the full manufacturing chain — from raw material compounding to finished roll and sheet cutting. Our facility is equipped with precision coating heads, programmable slitting machines, automatic rewinding stations, and die-cutting presses capable of handling substrates from 5 µm PET to 20 mm EVA foam.
We serve OEM and ODM clients across automotive wire harnessing, new energy battery packing, consumer electronics assembly, building material bonding, and medical device lamination. Product categories include double-sided PET/tissue tape, VHB-grade acrylic foam tape, high-temperature polyimide and PI tape, thermally conductive tape for LED heatsinking, EMI shielding copper/aluminum tape, anti-static tape, and biodegradable paper tape for eco-conscious packaging.
An in-house laboratory supports peel adhesion (180°), shear holding, tensile strength, thermal conductivity, and flame retardancy testing per ASTM and ISO standards. Prototyping turnaround for custom adhesive constructions is typically 5-8 business days, with production scale-up following validated results.
