Highly durable and strong bonding acrylic foam tape backing on a release film coated with acrylic adhesive. With its excellent weather resistance, anti-aging performance, and strong bonding effect, it has become an ideal bonding material in the fields of automobile manufacturing, electronic assembly, architectural decoration, etc. Compared with traditional rubber-based tapes, acrylic foam tapes can still maintain stable bonding strength under ultraviolet radiation and drastic temperature changes (-20℃ to 160℃), effectively solving the problem of debonding during long-term outdoor use.

Long-lasting high bonding force
The acrylic acid molecular structure contains polar groups, vhb tape double sided which can form molecular-level bonding forces with the surfaces of various materials (metal, plastic, glass).
Super strong environmental adaptability
The closed-cell foam structure blocks water vapor penetration, and combined with the chemical solvent resistance of acrylic adhesive, it is suitable for harsh working conditions such as humidity and oil pollution.
Stress buffering protects the substrate
The double-sided acrylic foam tape compression rate of the foam layer can reach 50%, dispersing the shear stress caused by thermal expansion and contraction of different materials, and avoiding deformation or cracking of materials caused by rigid bonding.

Purchase Professional Advice
Substrate thickness selection: 0.5 mm-thick acrylic foam tape is recommended for flat surfaces; a thickness of 1.0-2.0 mm is used to compensate for gaps on rough, curved surfaces.
Viscosity level matching: select high viscosity (such as VHB grade) for permanent fixation; select viscosity (no residual glue after peeling) for removable needs.
Surface pretreatment: Clean the surface of the adherend with alcohol to increase the actual bonding strength of the acrylic foam tape by more than 30%.
