Thermal conductive tape uses a high thermal conductive PSA substrate with a thermal conductivity of up to 1.5-3.0 W/m·K. It can quickly transfer heat from heating components (such as CPU, power module) to the heat sink or housing to avoid performance degradation or component damage due to excessive temperature.
