Nano-carbonated copper foil thermally conductive adhesive tape utilized copper foil as a carrier and coated with thermally conductive nano-carbon and acrylic adhesive. It is provided with high thermal conductivity, shielding property, and good adhesion. It provides an excellent heat-transfer path between the heat-generator and heat sink and forms a thermal conductive module together with the heat sink and mounting part(fan, etc.). It is the best thermal conductive material for PDP and smartphones.
